Shipping Policy


To ensure your package is properly delivered an you receive your package within the time advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  If there is a issue verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve this issue.  If customer service attempts to contact you in a timely manner without a response from you, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us at Plentyoffancy@gmail.com ASAP.  We will do our best to change the address, if we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the error.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If you refuse any shipments from Plenty of Fancy Boutique, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.  This amount will be deducted from you merchandise refund. 

We are NOT  responsible for lost or stolen packages.  You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.  If your order states delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  ***WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON PACKAGES THAT STATE "DELIVERED."

Just a reminder, you will receive shipping confirmation 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed and payment is authorized and verified.
